卡曼橘很忙和上都金橘,哪个更酸酸又甜甜

本周,我们特别推出两款新鲜清爽、柑橘味十足的新酿,用来迎接逐渐变暖的气温和日趋橘红的天空。

果味炸弹系列新作卡曼橘很忙,主要采用柠檬和金橘的杂交品种—卡曼橘酿造。小小的卡曼橘富含天然果酸和维C,赋予这款新酒橘子酱般、迷人的酸甜味。

上都金橘是柏林酸小麦系列最新出品。同样由小体格的金橘带来强烈的酸橙味和明亮的果酸。

Our new beers this week are citrus-charged refreshers, perfect for warmer days and tangerine skies.

‘Death by Calamansi’ is the latest in our series of juicy fruit bombs – this one features the mighty pint-sized calamansi, with an alluring mix of sour and sweet that hits like the best marmalade.

‘Kumquat Xanadu’ is our latest Berliner Weisse, with the equally small kumquats bringing big notes of sour orange and a sparkling tartness.

 Death by Calamansi 

 ABV: 6.5% 

 

一款柑橘味浓郁的印度淡色艾尔:加入大量卡曼橘带来强烈、诱人的酸甜味,如橘子酱一般。这款清爽的水果炸弹是初春首选!

A juicy IPA with big citrus notes and an alluring hint of sour and sweet from generous additions of mighty calamansi. Notes of marmalade complete a refreshing fruit bomb, perfect for the onset of spring!

 Kumquat Xanadu 

 ABV: 5.5% 

 

柏林酸小麦“上都系列”新作:这款浅麦秆色的艾尔,利用乳酸菌先期酸化,艾尔酵母发酵,最后干投大量金橘,具有浓郁的柑橘味、强劲的气泡感、和较低的酒花苦味。

The latest in our “Xanadu” series of Berliner Weisse-style beers. This pale straw ale has been soured with the use of lactobacillus and infused with loads of juiced and peeled kumquats for big tart orange notes, a sparkling mouthfeel and low hop bitterness.
